PALawHELP.org - An online guide to legal information and free civil legal services. You can locate information on a variety of legal issues, as well as information on how to contact programs providing legal assistance in Pennsylvania. This includes basic eligibility and contact information for the programs proving free legal assistance in Pennsylvania.
MidPenn Legal Services - A non-profit, public-interest law firm dedicated to providing equal access to justice and high quality civil legal services to low-income residents and survivors of domestic violence in 18 counties in Central Pennsylvania.
Victim Services - YWCA York - Legal advice and options for victims (and their significant others) of domestic violence, sexual violence, or other violent crimes. Staff will assist with securing a Protection from Abuse Order and will accompany victims to court. Call 717-846-5400
Lancaster County Victim and Witness Services - Victim/Witness Services is a special program of the office of the District Attorney. Victim/Witness Services provides information, support and advocacy to victims of crime and to witnesses for trials.
Lebanon County Victim/Witness Program - The Victim/Witness Program provides assistance for victims and witnesses throughout the entire process of the Criminal Justice System. Some of those services are: Case status and notification of court proceedings, criminal justice orientation, court accompaniment, victim input program, filing of restitution, and crime victim's compensation claims, case disposition, intimidation protection assistance, notification of release from incarceration, property return, and referral toother agencies or ongoing or long term support and treatment.
