Sees adults and children 5 years and above for outpatient mental health services. Office hours are 9AM to 5PM. Clients should call the office to schedule.

  1. Call the provider directly to set up an appointment.
  2. Please say you want to use your employee assistance program benefit through WellSpan EAP.
  3. You will be asked for your name, address, phone number, a description of the issue, and the name of the employer providing your EAP. Be assured that this information will be kept confidential. Your employer will not know you are seeking services.
