Teen Support

Text Line Logo

Handplusw PhoneCrisis Text Line serves anyone, in any type of crisis, providing access to free, 24/7 support and information via the medium people already use and trust: text.

Here is how it works.
Step 1: Text HOME to 741741 from anywhere in the United States, anytime, about any type of crisis.
Step 2: A live, trained Crisis Counselor receives the text and responds, all from our secure online platform.
Step 3: The volunteer Crisis Counselor will help you move from a hot moment to a cool moment.

The good news is that nearly all mental health issues can be improved with proper treatment. When we decrease the stigma around mental health and encourage help-sseking, we can change and save lives. Mental Health Is Health aims to initiate a public dialogue to raise awareness about the prevalence of mental health issues and connect students to the appropriate resources to get help.

Seize The Awkward Logo

SeizetheAwkward.org serves as a great new resource that features tutorial videos, information on warning signs, conversation starters, tips on how to sustain a conversation around mental health, and personal story videos from inspiring influencers like Hannah Hart, Liza Koshy, Remi Cruz and Tyler Posey.

We're grateful to the many campaign partners joining this initiative - including Buzzfeed, Chegg, Facebook, Google, Upworthy and YouTube - to help us reach and encourage more young adults to support one another and continue leading the way in changing the culture around mental health in America.
