Meet Your EAP Support Team
MICHAEL DILLER, PsyD is a Licensed Psychologist and Director of WellSpan Employee Assistance Program (WSEAP). He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola College in Maryland and a Doctor of Psychology Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford. He spent nineteen years in clinical practice, fifteen of those years at WellSpan Behavioral Health (WBH), now known as WellSpan Philhaven. Dr. Diller served as a clinical supervisor from 2006 to 2016 overseeing clinical operations of WBH-Meadowlands outpatient office. He has been with WSEAP since 2016 and has been passionate about finding better ways to support our fellow coworkers, raising awareness of mental health issues in the workplace and offering ways we can provide a culture of caring to support overall wellbeing. Dr. Diller has also developed a growing curiosity and interest in leadership development, particularly with the key attributes of what makes a great leader.
MARGANNE HOFFMAN, BA serves as an EAP Coordinator. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University. Employed in behavioral healthcare since 2000, she has worked in various positions including Project Coordinator for Shaping Your Family’s Future, a book developed by Philhaven to encourage parents to create healthy family patterns as they raise their children. Since 2007, she has managed over fifty EAP client companies and provides guidance and resources to employers and their employees. Marganne also develops and facilitates educational programs as well as responds to workplace traumatic events.
BETSY STEIN-HOFFMASTER, MSW serves as an EAP Coordinator. She holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Pittsburgh, a master’s degree in Social Work from Temple University and a post-baccalaureate certification in Elementary Education from Millersville University. Betsy’s experience includes working at WellSpan Behavioral Health for thirteen years providing EAP and outpatient counseling services, as well as serving as a clinical supervisor for numerous offices. In addition, she spent three years as a social worker with WellSpan Dialysis. Between 2016 and 2019, she has been part of WellSpan’s Organizational Learning and Development team assisting with New Employee Orientation and facilitating Excel virtual trainings. From 2015-2019, Betsy was employed as the YWCA York’s “Girls on the Run” Program Coordinator.
ASHLEY BEAVERSON, BS, SHRM-CP serves as an EAP Coordinator. She holds a bachelor’s degree from York College of Pennsylvania in Behavioral Science with a minor in applied youth development and has attained certified professional status with the Society for Human Resource Management. Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in human resources including employee relations, benefits, and training and development initiatives encompassing a variety of disciplines. She volunteers on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of York and Adams County and volunteers on committees with the York Society for Human Resource Management.
LAURA RYDER, MS serves as an EAP Coordinator/Wellness Specialist. She holds an Associate Degree in Human Development and Family Studies, a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Science both from Penn State and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Education from McDaniel College. She has many years of experience in higher education providing management, guidance, support and resources to students, staff and parents during times of crisis. Laura has experience helping to develop, implement and evaluate total wellbeing programming to help reduce health risks, medical costs and encourage healthy lifestyles.
KAREN HAGARMAN serves as a Client Services Representative. She has been with WellSpan’s Employee Assistance Program since June 1998. Her responsibilities include assisting individuals in obtaining appointments, managing the supervisor referral process, setting up licensed providers throughout the United States, billing for contracted employer groups, database management, running reports, processing claims, maintaining employer group and provider files and problem solving issues for employers and clients.
CINDY SECHRIST serves as a Client Services Representative. She provided administrative support in behavioral healthcare at WellSpan Philhaven for more than 15 years. She brings her passion and experience in connecting people with behavioral health services to EAP by assisting individuals with obtaining timely appointments with providers, supporting the supervisor referral process, building provider relationships and offering problem solving direction for employer and client questions.
TRACEY KREIDER, BA serves as a Client Service Representative. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and has over 20 years of experience providing support in the behavioral healthcare field. She serves as a primary point of contact for employer representatives, their employees and providers. Tracey provides a variety of administrative tasks including: supporting individuals in scheduling EAP appintments, coordination of educational programs, contract management and provider relations.
