Meet Your EAP Support Team
MICHAEL DILLER, PsyD is a licensed Psychologist and Director of WellSpan Employee Assistance Program. Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and clinical experience to our program. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola College in Maryland and a Doctor of Psychology Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford. He spent nineteen years in clinical practice, fifteen of those years at WellSpan Behavioral Health. Michael served as a clinical supervisor since 2006 overseeing clinical operations of Meadowlands outpatient office, providing supervision for up to twenty clinicians as well as participation in strategic planning, process improvement and policy development.
KAREN HAGARMAN serves as a Client Services Representative. She has been with WellSpan’s Employee Assistance Program since June 1998. Her responsibilities include assisting individuals in obtaining appointments, managing the supervisor referral process, setting up licensed providers throughout the United States, billing for contracted employer groups, database management, running reports, processing claims, maintaining employer group and provider files and problem solving issues for employers and clients.
MARGANNE HOFFMAN serves as an EAP Coordinator. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University. Employed in behavioral healthcare since 2000, she has worked in various positions including Project Coordinator for Shaping Your Family’s Future, a book developed by Philhaven to encourage parents to create healthy family patterns as they raise their children. Since 2007, she has managed over fifty EAP client companies and provides guidance and resources to employers and their employees. Marganne also develops and facilitates educational programs as well as responds to workplace traumatic events.
TRACEY KREIDER serves as a Client Service Representative. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and has over 20 years of experience providing support in the behavioral healthcare field. She serves as a primary point of contact for employer representatives, their employees and providers. Tracey provides a variety of administrative tasks including: supporting individuals in scheduling EAP appointments, coordination of educational programs, contract management and provider relations.
CHERYL LINGER serves as a Client Services Representative. She has over 18 years of experience providing administrative support in behavioral healthcare and social services programs. Cheryl enjoys interacting with clients and providers to assist them with their needs in facilitating EAP services and appointments. Other administrative duties include database management, and setting up licensed providers throughout the United States. Additionally, Cheryl assists employers with the supervisor referral process and problem solving issues.
HOLLY MORREELS, MS serves as an EAP Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Juniata College and a Master’s in counseling from Johns Hopkins University. She has many years of management experience in a variety of settings, and has supervised departments in for-profit, non-profit, higher education, and healthcare organizations. She has frequently managed during times of transition and change. Holly’s experience also includes work in inpatient and outpatient mental health and drug treatment settings. Most recently she worked with individuals and their families who have been impacted by trauma and violent crime, including families affected by child abuse.
