Meet Your EAP Support Team

Mike DillerMICHAEL DILLER, PsyD is a licensed Psychologist and Director of WellSpan Employee Assistance Program. Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and clinical experience to our program. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola College in Maryland and a Doctor of Psychology Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford. He spent nineteen years in clinical practice, fifteen of those years at WellSpan Behavioral Health. Michael served as a clinical supervisor since 2006 overseeing clinical operations of Meadowlands outpatient office, providing supervision for up to twenty clinicians as well as participation in strategic planning, process improvement and policy development.

Karen HagermanKAREN HAGARMAN serves as a Client Services Representative. She has been with WellSpan’s Employee Assistance Program since June 1998. Her responsibilities include assisting individuals in obtaining appointments, managing the supervisor referral process, setting up licensed providers throughout the United States, billing for contracted employer groups, database management, running reports, processing claims, maintaining employer group and provider files and problem solving issues for employers and clients.

Marganne HoffmanMARGANNE HOFFMAN serves as an EAP Coordinator. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University. Employed in behavioral healthcare since 2000, she has worked in various positions including Project Coordinator for Shaping Your Family’s Future, a book developed by Philhaven to encourage parents to create healthy family patterns as they raise their children. Since 2007, she has managed over fifty EAP client companies and provides guidance and resources to employers and their employees. Marganne also develops and facilitates educational programs as well as responds to workplace traumatic events.

Tracey KreiderTRACEY KREIDER serves as a Client Service Representative. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and has over 20 years of experience providing support in the behavioral healthcare field. She serves as a primary point of contact for employer representatives, their employees and providers. Tracey provides a variety of administrative tasks including: supporting individuals in scheduling EAP appointments, coordination of educational programs, contract management and provider relations.

Cheryl LingerCHERYL LINGER serves as a Client Services Representative. She has over 18 years of experience providing administrative support in behavioral healthcare and social services programs. Cheryl enjoys interacting with clients and providers to assist them with their needs in facilitating EAP services and appointments. Other administrative duties include database management, and setting up licensed providers throughout the United States. Additionally, Cheryl assists employers with the supervisor referral process and problem solving issues.

Holly MorreelsHOLLY MORREELS, MS serves as an EAP Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Juniata College and a Master’s in counseling from Johns Hopkins University. She has many years of management experience in a variety of settings, and has supervised departments in for-profit, non-profit, higher education, and healthcare organizations. She has frequently managed during times of transition and change. Holly’s experience also includes work in inpatient and outpatient mental health and drug treatment settings. Most recently she worked with individuals and their families who have been impacted by trauma and violent crime, including families affected by child abuse.

LAURA RYDER, MS serves as an EAP Coordinator/Wellness Specialist. She holds an Associate Degree in Human Development and Family Studies, a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Science both from Penn State and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Education from McDaniel College. She has many years of experience in higher education providing management, guidance, support and resources to students, staff and parents during times of crisis.  Laura has experience helping to develop, implement and evaluate total wellbeing programming to help reduce health risks, medical costs and encourage healthy lifestyles.

JENNIFER WARFEL, MA serves as an EAP Coordinator. She  earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Applied Behavioral Science and completed her Master's degree in Strategic Leadership from Messiah College. Jennifer has worked in long term care since 2010 in both non-profit and for-profit organizations and most recently worked as a Personal Care Home Administrator. Her professional experience also includes owning a small retail business, working for many years in the behavioral health and medical records field, emgergency services and therapeutic foster parenting.
